At FOCL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
